headcanon that we get a panel of jack sitting in a presser with the boys and the reporters have been hounding him for deets and a statement they can clip and exploit but all the others guys are too busy gushing about how much they love bitty and his pies and he’s also a hockey player did you know, the captain mind you, etc etc, basically nattering about bitty like tipsy!jack likes to. it would be embarrassing for jack if the press had any idea how spot on their impersonations are.

and jack’s just gotta sit there, blushing and chuckling, because these boys…they’ve got his back
