God I would LOVE a video game where you play as a character with ADD.

You’ll be following a directive arrow and it just vanishes. A character has some crucial information and when you talk to them it’s just their mouth moving and no words. Items vanish from your inventory and you have to retrace your steps for 20 minutes to find them. You lose entire chunks of time from timed challenges randomly. Taking ADD meds makes everything go smoothly for a little while, but crazy music starts playing and your food bar vanishes and if you forget to eat you lose. This is something I would pay to make exist. People would lose their shit in two seconds.

your quest log disappears sometimes when you enter a new area, and is replaced by “I know I came here for a reason, but why?”. Bits of it fill in gradually (or perhaps are narrated), like “perhaps it was something to do with the Chantry? Or maybe I had to deliver… something?” Eventually it returns to normal, but usually once you’ve left the area.

Sounds like the hardest game for an ADHDer to play tho
