I need to start doing this because I sit in a chair so much of the day. Need to start doing this in the morning and like, go for a walk or something.

Start asap. Don’t even worry about inconsistency. Your body eventually learns to ask you to breathe evenly and consciously, and to stretch. In no time you’ll find yourself doing your breathing exercises on the bus, or while driving, or stretching your neck on the supermarket line.Â
