I don’t know why it’s sideways and it’s not quite midnight at all yet but! Midnight baking has produced a cake! Here’s hoping it’s not too burnt around the edges (it smelled slightly burned coming out of the oven)

Welcome back to another edition of Midnight Brownie Making with Nava! This time were making chocolate cake again, and trying to recreate my mistake from last time because it actually turned out real good! (For future me: this time I used 1tsp of baking powder and like, half a tsp of baking soda.) Last time it puffed up just a whole lot and I have done nothing at all to rectify that potential disaster! So we’ll see how that goes!
Yay! No oven mess! Lil bit weird on the texture, but I think that can be fixed next time by just cooking it like 3min more, but it’s tasty as heck!
